Hello, my name is Fatima Zaheer
I’m a digital designer and UX graduate student at ASU, graduating in 2027. Because my background is in psychology, design for me is about understanding how people think and making technology easy to use. My main focus is accessibility, inclusive design, and healthcare UX. I want digital spaces to feel welcoming and easy to navigate when it matters most. To make my concepts more practical, I am learning data visualization and front-end development alongside my work in wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
When I’m not studying, I run an Etsy shop where I sell my own digital designs and crafts. Running a shop keeps my process tied to what people actually want, and I bring that experience into my Figma and Adobe workflows. Besides, I am a observant problem-solver, a fast learner, and someone who thrives on turning design challenges into clean and accessible digital spaces.
Case Studies
The Cottages at Forest Park Website Redesign
Through six months of comprehensive user research & usability testing with participants, our team uncovered visual, cognitive, and navigation barriers on the Cottages at Forest Park website. We transformed an outdated sales brochure into a community-driven digital ecosystem by restructuring the confusing information architecture and aligning the UI with conventional UX practices and WCAG accessibility standards for the elderly residents.
